    how do i check if i have the latest drivers for my HD 3650?

    Click on the ati icon on the taskbar. Then go to information centre. It'll tell you the version on the right under catalyst version.

    If it doesnt say 9.4 theyre not the latest drivers

    it says this: Driver Packaging Version 8.533-080917a-069675C-HP
    i'll update them to 9.4

    Does it have catalyst version under it? Probably doesnt have it in that version.

    2008 i think it said. i went to the ati site and downloaded the reccomended file, the 47MB one

    Dont forget to uninstall the old ones first

    did that , installing the 9.4 catalyst control center thingy.
    edit: installed it but there is no catalyst control center in startup any more and no icon in the system tray

    Pass, is net framework 2 installed? Did you reboot after?
