Default The debate Sweep vs Deane F.

    OK. Here it is.

I would like to debate Law, Justice and Morality with Deane F.

Rules are that you can use any search engine(s) you want but the quotation or quotations have to be available to any person without access to any special database due to work and has to be free to any Member of this forum for verification purposes.

Deane F has called into question the debating skill of some members in a previous post so hence my challenge.

Who wins? Well let us leave that to the moderators shall we.

Waits for Deane F to accept or not as he/she feels like it.

If you want to talk about real debates, then send your support to the NZ Schools' team currently competing at the world championships in Athens. See: http://www.debating.org.nz/

    Thanks for that link.

It does tell me that debating skills have not been lost in all NZ schools today.

    Go team!

I just want to know if he or she can use logic to support the debate.
At this time Deane F has not accepted anyway.

Eh? Hope you mean one of the other Mods as I have no intention "judging" a debate.

Interesting to see you've narrowed it down to a specific issue...

I'd be surprised if Mr F entertains you in this.

Would you suggest I conduct a poll after a certain number of posts on either side then? I really can not blame you for not wanting to take part as the thread could get messy but if that proved to be the case then just lock it.

It is a moot point for now anyway until the challenge is accepted or declined or remains unanswered.
