    Default Cannot Connect to Wireless; isatap?

    Hey,

    My laptop can no longer connect to wireless.

    It is not detecting any wireless signals (Even though there is definately one).

    In Device Manager under Network adapters 'isatap' is not working correctly;
    "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this decice. (Code 31)"

    I googled isatap and found this;

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...-59a4a3324dae/

    It says that this is an ignorable issue.

    It also said to uninstall and reinstall isatap; I did this, and the abnormal entry in Device Manager went away, but wireless was still unable to be detected. Restarting the computer made the entry return in Device Manager, still not able to detect any signal.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Also, under services WLAN AutoConfig has the Serveice status "Stopped"

    I have tired to start it, but it comes up with an error message;

    "Windows could not start the WLAN AutoConfig service on Local Computer

    Error 1067: The process termitated unexpectedly"

    Yeah, I read that.. But even so I still cannont detect any wireless signals. Maybe it's just a problem with WLAN AutoConfig..?

    Is it switched off?
