plug and play video camera question

i have a plug and play camera that plugs directly into the tv, video etc. the picture is fine but there is a buzzing present on the audio full time. any ideas what this might be or better still how to fix it ?

have noticed that the buzzing has changed to a whine as it has got darker. did some experimenting starting with the old tap n the camera and that stops the noise for a few seconds then it fades back in.

help its driving me insane

been there done that was just hoping to get an answer a bit faster if poss but no worries we'll see what they say.
