    Default weird directories

I went into My Computer, Local Disk (C drive and there are well over 75 directories with odd names as: d6d257faf8257faa1421f813d07e2d

within each seems to be only one file named: msxml4-kb927978-enu

this is some of the 41 pages of text:
=== Verbose logging started: 29/11/2006 8:48:58 Build type: SHIP UNICODE 3.01.4000.2435 Calling process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe ===
MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:015]: Resetting cached policy values
MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:015]: Machine policy value 'Debug' is 0
    MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:015]: ******* RunEngine:
    ******* Product: c:\73dacac621744c84093d25ea\msxml.msi
    ******* Action:
    ******* CommandLine: **********
MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:015]: Client-side and UI is none or basic: Running entire install on the server.
    MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:015]: Grabbed execution mutex.
    MSI (c) (40:48) [08:48:58:093]: Cloaking enabled.

    Anyone know whats happening here,
and is it something to be concerned about?

    Default Re: weird directories

They were probably created with some MS updates. Some updates do create long name folders
