    Default Proxy and Caching

What is a good program/system to throw on a spare PC, since my family doesnt understand capped broadband, and seem to suck up 20gigs way before the month is out (seriously dont ask, i really have no idea where it goes) I have ISA 2004 CD in a drawer but have encountered issues in the past. I want to cache wweb requests so it comes off the proxy server hdd, thus minimising usage. We use oulook to access gmail (pop3s/smtps).

Any suggestions? (Talking to the culprits doesnt seem to work)

Disconnect them or block whatever sites

Kill the wireless or ethernet then.

    HOW are they connecting then?

Well if theyre going through a router for the wired/wireless, use QOS in the router, that may help.

Then they may struggle to get or do anything
