Modem Problems? ISP Problems?

Lately my connection has been dropping. I got no clue whats going on. my modem/router is a dsl 504t.

I got two computers hooked up and they sometimes can't access the internet. I can access my router when my internet isn't working. When my connection drops (random times) I just have to wait till it reconnects (1-15 mins) and sometimes it gets quite annoying.

My ISP is Xnet.

Its not your connection or router, its Xnet's network having a huge tantrum.
