    Just got given a present

    Kept the liver, I've made Pate for years but never with this.
    You know the (imported) stuff sells for $109 for a 30g tin?!

    According to the farmer - a *&^%$# nuisance. They generally shoot them every now and then and leave them lying about.

    Canada geese were originally imported to NZ and have been domesticated so I'd say both.
