If you do it comes with a screen clipping tool.

There's a Firefox addon called Fireshot, but it's limited to web captures only, so not as user-friendly as SnagIt....

Try Freez Screen Video Capture - middle one on the left - look at " how to use" Simply have a look at the settings and select Record, drag the box around the area and it will record - but in video format. If you want a straight screen shot capture, or section of a screen - I use Ashampoo Magical Snap2 But there are many others about that do the same thing.

Get Vista - the screen capture "Snipping Tool" is part of the package.
There was one in last months PC world with lots of features if you bought it

Freeware. Excellent.
What is wrong with Ctrl-PrintScreen etc. I forget the exact key codes as I have been using Linux for a couple of years or more but using a combination of PrintScreen and other keys you can get the dialog box,Window or complete screen in the clipboard ready to paste into Paint or whatever.
