Default At shutdown sdifcxab.exe "not responding"

Everytime I go to shutdown, everything stops with the message "sdifcxab.exe "not responding. I haven't been able to find what program this file belongs to. Any thoughts please?

Sppedy, Thanks for the prompt response.

Strangely, I hadn't done a simple search for the file. Now I have thanks to your help.

    It is in
    c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\wlshuvgj

I'll delete it ans see what happens.

Disable system restore, if its XP. Or it'll probably come back

Post a log, you've probably got something else on your system

Get malwarebytes in my sig update it then scan
