Default screen shot of XP/Vista start up screen

I need a screenshot of the XP and/or Vista start up splash screen for some instructional material I am producing. Is there any way I can do this apart from taking a diigital photo at the right time?

No, coz even if you press prtscreen while its on the screen, you wont be able to paste it anywhere

A camera will probably be the only way you'll get a pic, or find a pic on the net somewhere

I was pretty sure that was the case. I just wondered if there was any smart way that I didn't know about.

Right - thanks for the link. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have a Vista one :sigh:

As others have said google is probably the best option, but if you really wanted to produce images yourself you could do so via a virtual machine.

Good idea - never thought of that. That would work perfectly.
