    Default Good idea in theory

My flatmate bought an Xbox 360 media remote, and found that it also controlled his Vista laptop. This seems like a good idea until the laptop is in the same room as the xbox...

Turn one off when remote in use?

Much like the Frontrow remotes that comes with Macs, any remote can control any Mac. Especially in labs with Macs at schools this could be very annoying.

Ah well, it only affects Macs, so no problem really. (There's only 2 in Auckland and one in Christchurch isn't there?)
