Hi welcome to the forum. It makes it easier for people to read the log if you just copy and paste the log into the forum.

Disable system restore on D. Right mouse on my computer on the desktop.

System restore tab, highlight D. Settings on the right.

    Turn off system restore

    Then reboot

You havent ticked these entries yet

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_06\bin\jusched.exe"

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTTask.exe" -atboottime

Looks pretty good to me, but I'd try downloading Spyware Doctor from here. Install it, and then disable system restore, reboot and run a Full System Scan.

    Re-post a HJT log when it's done.
