Auto Complete doesn't complete any more!

I recently ran CCleaner which amoungst other things cleans out all the old temp files and cookies. Since then the Auto Complete on Explorer 7 doesn't work, even though it is set to 'on'. I thought it might have to learn the new addresses etc, but either it is a slow learner or its disabled in some way.
Can anyone suggest why this is not working?

Well auto complete might be a slow learner, but if it disabled or similar, then maybe read this registry modification by Microsoft...
