    Default NEC Power Adapter Plug

My NEC power adapter plug is broken (physically broken into two pieces ). Where can I buy this kind of plug which has 4 pins in it, picture here: NEC-plug.jpg

Why are there 4 pins in an AC adapter? I thought there are usually only 2 pins, one + and one - . What are the other 2 pins for?

    Cheers

Same connection as on the end of my Welland HDD Enclosures, for these the connections are +5, +12 and two ground connections

I'm looking for the broken plug only, not the whole adapter unit.
