We have a small network of computers, all on Windows 98 and using MS Office 97 and MS Publisher 95. All other computers can insert files formed in MS Word except for one. Each computer has its own software.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Publisher; uninstalling & reinstalling the File Converters from Office 97, followed by unistalling & reinstalling Publisher.

We still cannot insert a file into a Publisher document when the file was saved in Word 97 format - the message 'Cannot convert file' appears.

What else can we try? Is there a setting in Windows 98 that needs to be altered?
