    Cool Any Broadband monitoring programs?!

A few of us in the same area are having broadband outages about the same time each day for an hour or so.
Are there programs to monitor connections and speed over say a 24 hour period?
    Many thanks

Talk to Telecom, tell them everyone in you neighbourhood has dodgy ADSL, get them to check the exchange...

Talk to your ISP first so that they can record a history about the problem.
They will log a fault with Telecom who will do checks on the exchange and line.
Telecom are also able to, and may put your connection on an analyzer for 24 hours to monitor progress and will arrange rectification of any problems that show up.
