    how do you clear items from system tray???

    If it is an application that is running, right clicking and selecting the programs exit will stop it running. If you want to remove it from startup, right click on the bottom task bar and select properties.
    Select remove and then browse to the StartUp folder. Highlight the application shortcut and delete.
