Default Convert USB printer to a network printer?

Is there a gadget, that allows a USB printer to be used as a network printer? I have two computers requiring access to a USB printer, both are WinXP.

I am aware of how to share a printer on the network, but that requires the master computer to be on to allow sharing.

I was hoping to plug the USB cable from the printer into a gadget, that then connected to a network hub and shared the printer to all.

    Thanks.

I just purchased one of these seems to work well. Cost me less then $90 from QMB and doubles as a Wireless Router.
