If England would have won - it would have been a joke. Just look at their performance over last 4 years....Do they really look like World Champion from any angle??..RWC would have become like IRB Sevens series - Random!!

What the ABC's need now is a coaching session with Sprinboks
and learn how to get hungrier and bring sheer grit to a match instead of high school razzle dazzle rugby

BTW: the Sprinboks put everything on line...even their manhood !!

RWC is a farce, dodgy ref's, and knockout's dont display the game of rugby at its best period....

We need a World Championship like thr F1 & more TMO decisions, especially on Sf & F

Hotdog = sour grapes. A sure sign of someone having a chip on their shoulder is someone who likes to verbally take down another team. Any particular reason for your anti-English sentiment other than pure sour grapes?

Nothing much in that game other than SA dominated the lineouts. A couple of 50/50 decisions and it may have been a different result.

For those who say England played boring rugby...sure it wasn't a great game. But they had the best move of the match and SA seemed to kick just as much. Quite a myth that England kick any more than anyone else does. How anyone can say SA played more exciting stuff in that game is beyond me. They more or less canceled each other out.

Get over your childish attitude hotdog. England got the final and they deserved to be there. SA won and they deserved it. NZ deserves to have better supporters than you. Your type are a let down. Move on and accept defeat graciously and buck up your ideas for 4 years time. If there's the same amount of pathetic whinging going on in 2011 if NZ get knocked out then the world really will think we are a bunch of sore losers and bad sports. God help us then. IMO - Argentina were the real success story of this tournament.

All the guff about boring play, arrogance, etc is just hot air from poor losers. If the only pleasure you get out of watching rugby is to see another team lose then you can't call yourself a rugby supporter. How sad and pathetic.
