    Default Messenger slooooooow

MSN messenger seems to be taking up a lot of resources and slowing down my PC. Almost 3x the memory usage of explorer.

    Task manager:

    Any ideas why?

    Try:
    Restart MSN Messenger / computer?

Are you transferring files or talking to someone via webcam?

Is this when its starting up? Because when mine starts, it takes up 51k but when I have no windows open, its only at 11k.

Try ending the process and re-starting it or just un-install it, run CCleaner and then install it again. Might be because of the upgrade to WLM???
