www only 1/2 screen

Can someone tell me why when some web pages only open up they only fill the left half of my screen.

Its a wonderful Microsoft feature allowing you hours of extra fiddling to fix it. This feature will be rectified in windows 2113.

Anyone know a reg key that can fix this problem?

You're probably out of luck.
I posted this problem a month or so ago running IE5, and Bazza MC pointed me to this registry setting:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main
Delete the value Window_Placement

Only problem was, this registry value just popped back up next time I opened IE.
The only thing I could do was roll back IE to the default version that installed with Win98, whereupon I was able to set the opening window via shortcut properties, just like all the other desktop icons.
