I've sold a couple of These and they had no complaints - as they never came back saying it was junk - so I spose no news is good news

You get what you pay for.
    Reliability and quality or cheap.

The sour taste caused by an poor quality lasts much longer than the euphoria of a cheap price.

I think for a TV tuner, that might actually be cheap. Its all relative.
All the technology and software in the universe is useless when the end user has the IQ of a sack of hammers.

So, it is better to buy expensive tuner analog&digital. But what standart of digital tv are avaliable in New zeland: DVB-T, DVB-S or other, in order to watch SKY TV on my laptop.
    Thanks in advance.

You did not say that. It is illegal to view Sky TV through a tuner other than Sky decoder. It is legal (AFAIK) to have a Sky decoder and use the AV out to go into the TV tuner, I do this.

And the others are right... buy cheap get crap...
