Default Confusion with international time and dates

Can someone with a slightly better arithmetical mind than mine please help.

I've made a chart with all the Rugby World Cup fixtures and am trying to convert French local times into NZ times.

It's my understanding that the French are 11 hours behind us for the duration of the Cup - their daylight savings change a week after the Cup finishes. This means that we remain 11 hours ahead of them.

Our first match takes place, according to the AllBlacks site, on 8th September at 11:45pm.

According to the official RugbyWorldCup website, it's being played on 8th September at 1:45pm, French time.

Now if I add 11 hours to the French time, I get an NZ time of 12:45am on 9th September.

So have I got it wrong, or is the All Blacks webpage wrong, who appear to be using the French normal time, which would be 10 hours behind us at this time of the year.

Can someone please clarify for me - I'm struggling to figure out where things have gone awry.

    Thanks!

Problem solved - they are in fact currently 10 hours behind (us 10 hours ahead). Doh!

My Time widget tells me it is currently 4.37am in Paris (vs 2.38pm here)
