help needed..

ok...im running windows xp sp2...and i installed nero burning rom version 7..then i used nero to associate all files (including images..icon files) to it...then after i unistalled it...icon files (which are showed normally in thumbnails) looked like this IMAGE...what should i do in order to make icons view in thumbnails?

Change whatever extension under tools / folder options / File Types in My computer.

i already did it...but the icons wont show in thumbnails..

Close my computer.

Go to start / run. Type regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

If that doesnt work, type regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll

Close my computer again, and then type regsvr32 shimgvw.dll again.

This should hopefully restore the thumbnails.

nope...no change...only .png, .jp ,etc..are shown... .ico files wont show any thumbnail and it wont also show a preview...like if you open it...it says no preview available....
