    Default limited user passwords

How can I remove the option of changing a password in a limited user account (Win XP)?

This may be overkill for your needs, but the Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit for Windows XP will do this:

    Installation

    Download

User Restrictions - General Windows XP Restrictions - Prevent password changes (also requires Control Panel to be removed). Prevents users from changing the password associated with the user account with which they are logged on.

Why do you want to do that?
The administrator can still access limited user docs etc.
