Considering you have mentioned games then forget Dell. In fact forget Dell anyway unless you like buying PCs with mystery hardware and 1 year warranties.

Find a decent reputable shop and choose each component carefully and get them to assemble it.

And remember Universities fail you if you write your assignments out with English like that.

snoopyep.........Which town/city do you live in. Perhaps someone here could recommend a place to buy from. PJ

ps I am with pctek re your English. Seems to me that going to University is an adult thing. A phrase comes to mind......" When I grew up I put aside childish things? pj

Sorry if that is a harsh. pj

When I was younger I heard but didn't listen.
Now I am older, I listen but cannot hear.

If it is not broke, don't make it broker by trying to make it better. (This applies specifically to PJ)

Snoop - as mentioned, go to a computer hardware specialist, either locally to you or online. Tell them your requirements, eg what you want to use the machine for, and your budget.

If you're so unsure as to what you should be getting that you have to ask online then I suspect you'd be best to ask for references to a supplier that can provide you with what you want.

Personally, I think this is A LOT better than the dell one you linked to:
    http://www.playtech.co.nz/product.ph...detail&id=2358

Only thing I would do to that before buying, is get 2gb ram instead of 1gb.
