    Default Bluetooth

I tried to set up Bluetooth on my PC so I can send files from phone to pc, and pc to phone, etc, but when I opened the help menu (f1) and typed in "bluetooth" and clicked on the installing one, there is a button called "bluetooth devices". When I click that, nothing happens. What has happened to this button? Also, there is no bluetooth device icon in my control panel anyway.

Ah, well u need some kind of adapter installed or plugged in, on the desktop, if its a desktop.

So Windows can install whatever driver for it. Then Windows should put an icon in the control panel. So, there's an icon.

You cant use Bluetooth on a desktop, (or laptop), if it isnt onboard.

Until u plug it in (If its USB and Windows installs drivers for it)

Windows has to detect it, before it installs drivers for it, so u can use it.
