Lost window when minimized window to taskbar

Can someone help me?
I turn on my laptop last night. After it boot, I realized that there are no running window/folder on my taskbar. When I minimized my window, the window is gone. However, when I use alt+TAB, I can still see what is running. if I click on the program again i.e. outlook, it will turn up and show the previous page I was in. I have tried the right click, properties and etc on the taskbar. Nothing seems to work! I need my taskbar in order to work Can someone help me with this?

Your taskbar may still be there, but either minimised or reduced.

Check for a thin blue line at the bottom of your screen. If you mouse over this and your mouse changes to a double ended arrow, click and hold this arrow, and drag up. This will resize your taskbar to show on your desktop.

The taskabr is still there. It was not hide. It is the window that disappear when I minimized ut to the taskbar.

What is the application that you cannot see the window for? Outlook?

That script from Kelly does not work for me. Anymore ideas?
