    Default SPU replacement

Hi there! I have replaced CPU chip AMD Athlon with heat sink. Did I have to renew the cream between the chip and the heatsink? Would it effect CPU working temperature?

    Thanks

Don't forget when applying thermal paste, less is best. You only need a matchhead amount. If you put too much on, then you can have heat problems as it cannot function correctly.
