Question Outlook Express Looking for Fonts

Outlook express keeps trying to install a font I don't have on my PC. It seems to ignore when I try to use the cancel button. How do I force Outlook to just use a default font?

Do you get this message when sending a new email or replying to an email? Are you using stationery for your emails?

Unhappy Re: Outlook Express Looking for Fonts

I am not using stationery. It occurs when I click on an incoming email to read it. It might not actually be a font - it looks for something from Microsoft office. Lindsay.
