Looks fine to me. Altho you can run HJT again tick these entries and tick fix checked. Close the browser/s before u do this.

I dont think these are needed in startup

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Spyware Doctor] "C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\swdoctor.exe" /Q

    04 - HKCU\..\Run: [SUPERAntiSpyware] C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SUPERAntiSpyware.exe

It looks like this program can use up system resources. When it scans.

    He means these, Speedy:

    O12 - Plugin for .bcf: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPBelv32.dll
    O16 - DPF: {6414512B-B978-451D-A0D8-FCFDF33E833C} (WUWebControl Class) - http://update.microsoft.com/windows...b?1146973895312
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: SASWinLogon - C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASWINLO.dll

kolb: #12 isn't essential, it is up to you whether you remove it or not. See this and thisfor info.

#16 - not sure what this is, maybe it belongs to Windows Update? Do a Google for it.

#20 - If you are using SUPER AntiSpyware and it monitors spyware trying to install itself then that entry will be needed and should be left.
