You are one of the cheerleaders for this wasting of time and the wasting of lives. Do you feel any remorse for having contributed to this "culture of death?" Of course not. Hey, let's all play MORE games, and ignore all the really productive things to do with our lives.

Let's pretend to be shocked that a gamer might descend into deeper depression, as his gamer "buds," knowing he was killing himself, couldn't figure out how to call 911 themselves for him. That would have involved leaving their computers I guess.

The forum he posted that to seems to have been taken down (probably due to bandwidth issues.) I heard about it on Ctrl Alt Del

A metal gear solid forum regular commited suicide & the other forum regulars posted an obiturary. They went to quite great lengths to find out who he was & try to talk him out of it when he stated that he intended to take his own life.

That story says to me that the forum regulars have created a true online community that actually care about each other, but Jack Thompson used it as an oppertunity to slander them all.

He's been around for ages campaigning against anything he can convince people to sue for, I *think* he was involved in suing some musian because a kid killed themselves while listening to a song with backmasking on it.

He threatens to sue at the drop of a hat, and deserves to be given as much crap as possible.
