They are only termed hooligans when they upset enough people to get in the news, and they are still a subset of the fans, whose territory is defined by the team they support.

I still think that it would be hard to find someone who would want to begin a game with a tribal practice,they may indeed become tribal as the game progress's,why most civilised people stay away.Or should I say me
