Default Running Belarc off CD or thumb drive

Hi. I have to evaluate a bunch of second hand computers for someone and will be using Belarc to get a run down on them. Because there's about 15 of them it'll save a lot of time if I can run the software via USB thumbdrive or CD ROM. So just thought about installing it onto the disk or drive, and running it from there. Will it work?
