Toshiba 4070CDT BIOS

How do I get into the BIOS setup of this old Toshiba notebook? I have tried the following keys, DEL, F12, F2 but to no avail.

It's because I need to boot from floppy and currently, it doesn't

F1, F10 or a combo of CTRL+ALT+ESC can all get into a BIOS on certain machines.
Failing that I know some Toshibas didn't have a BIOS you could access on boot up. You had to install a util in Windows which gave you access to the BIOS settings.

Try the F12 key at bootup on your lappy

Look for a programme called TSETUP.EXE or TSETUP.COM, of no key works . (Or something with "setup" in it ... dir *setup*.* /s or dir *setup.* /s. (The "/s" makes DOS look at all sub directories. Do it from c:\).
