Default Problem with Free Agent Newsreader

I have been using Free Agent to view newsgroups for the past month
but in the last couple of days when I press Enter to download the
message I get an error message:
Error reported by Server: 503 Try later, Body queue is full

    What does this mean?
Is it a problem with my settings or my ISP.
