Default Can you run a single graphics card on a dual GC MB?

    Hi,

I'm thinking about upgrading to an Albatron K8SLI MB, which has dual graphics card. To keep costs down I want to only buy a single graphics card to begin with. Does anyone know if the system works with only a single card? I'm guessing it will, but would rather know for sure...

    Cheers,
    Nic

I suspect it will. You should be able to turn one off in the BIOS.
You have no secrets on the internet.
Be careful and vigilant. The internet should be considered like roads, avoiding an incident is better than trying to survive one.

If the boards anything like mine, you don't even need to disable SLI - just leave it on auto and the board will take care of it all.
