Default Microsoft Outlook is default e-mail program for IE. How do I change it?

I have Windows 98 installed on my home computer along with Outlook and Outlook Express. I don't use Outlook. When I want to send a link to a page to a friend, I am only given Outlook as the e-mail program. How do I get IE to let me use Outlook express?

In OE Tools --> Options --> Look around for a button that says MAKE DEFAULT. And click it.

Should be easy, follow your nose.

think this'll help.............controlpanel/internet options/programs......then clik the dropdown arrow beside 'email' and you should get the choice of outlook express showing up .......clik that then dont forget to clik apply/ok etc......
