    Default Dynamic DNS

For those of you who use a dynamic dns service, can you recommend a client. I see there are quite a few around but DynSite and Directupdate seem to be quiet popular. Actually I just want something that works and doesnt contain adware/spyware etc.
    Thanks

I have a free account with http://www.dyndns.org that gives me a static host name to which the dynamic IP address can be aliased.

Then I use the program DeeEnEs as a dynamic updater from http://palacio-cristal.com/Products/DeeEnEs.
