XP demo

I put a copy of my XP on my mother's pc for her to try out (unactivated) to see how she like it. She was having some problems with ME. Now she wants to buy a copy. How do we get on, as my product key was used to install it? I don't really want to install from scratch again.

buy a copy then simply change the key. MS has instructions or use one of the tools advailable to do it.
