Where can I buy the rubber sleeve (the piece of rubber protective for the plug) for RJ45 plugs? I've hunting around but to no available.

They are, indeed. But it's so expensive. Are there any retailers selling it in Auckland? I need about 100 pcs. Have phoned most of the big computer retailers in the region but none of them selling it.

Have a look here and it looks like $18.00 for a packet of 50. Anyway, you could ring and confirm as Jaycar have a shop in Auck.

now how's about a supplier of the wee mobo washers to isolate the mobo from the chassis - used to be you always got washers with a case , but seems no longer - DSE and Jaycar service people looked blankly at me , obviously I look and sound a fool , surely there must be some place you can get a bucket of then for not much cash ??? Or does no-one bother with them any more ??? And what has this to do with the original post ??? And if I'm to google what do I put in ??? "wee mobo washers nz"??? "CAse with washers nz"??? .... ?:|
