    Default URL to look up specs for mobos

    Anyone know any good sites which i can punch in a motherboards model number and come up with all its specs?

    in most cases just go to the manafactures web site. for odd ball stuff let google be your friend.

    Do a google for everast home edition,this will tell you loads of info about your motherboard,including model number and chipset,what cpu it can take,ram speeds,how many slots and of what type,it will even possibly give you a link to the manufacteres site.

    I find the feature where they try and charge your for pointing you at a freely available bios update a bit of a reach thougfh.

    Please, for your own sake, be careful... I can guarantee that people in this country tend not to update their stocks too frequently...

    ANYWHO.... www.ascent.co.nz - their motherboard section is awesome.

    I presumed he was looking up the specs on his own.

    Nevermind.



    Buy local if you can,saving 8 dollars won't be worth getting it from out of town.
