    Default Dragon Naturally Speaking shutdown

Running Dragon Naturally Speaking V5 Preferred after recently upgrading to XP, DNS occasionally and unpredictably closes, offering the following message: "The instruction at "Ox5f442dbc" referenced memory at "Ox00000004". The memory could not be "read"."

Does this mean anything to anyone, and is there a viable solution?

There are specific steps that you need to take when re-installing DNS on XP.

Thanks, I should have mentioned that I already did that. DNS runs much better in XP - but for the little problem outlined above.
