Default Is it possible to connect a Joystick to a Laptop?

Is there any joysticks or adaptors that would allow you to connect a joystick to a laptop? Perhaps it may require some form of software to redirect access to a com port or parallel port.

What about something connecting through the PC Card (formerly PCMCIA)slot?

    Thanks.

Do you have a USB port spare i assume most joysticks connect through that.

I'd be thinking that by now, the laptop probably would have gone out to the trash.

I suspect darkwire may be another of those international members who found our hideout through Google.
