I had a major problem with my monitor which I had purchased while in the UK. My warranty applied to the UK only. The monitor is an LG Flatron 17". After contacting LG, Korea, they put me onto LG Australia who in turn got me in contact with Visual Electronics in Christchurch. The manager, Belinda Stenton worked out a way of getting my monitor repaired under warranty. I am writing this posting to express my satisfaction on the treatment I received from Belinda and her technicians.
There are some really good people out there!! Thank you.
