Return to Castle Wolfenstein & Quake 3 - Frame Rate Time Demos

Please can anyone tell me where I can download a copy of both Return to Wolfenstein 'atdemo 8' and Quake 3 'demo001' programs.
Both of these demos are used to test Graphic Card frame rates.

i assume you don't have the full games. not sure with RTCW but q3demo can be downloaded here


just be aware you can only compare against those running the exact same bench mark ie others may be have patched Q3 games.
