    Default Can't Detect Double-click

My Computer (Win98) can detect a single-click, but when I try double-clicking, it won't open what I want to open. What is going on with this computer? Is it a mouse problem? or the hardware isn't installed properly?

Check your double click speed: Start; Settings; Control Panel; Mouse.
    It may be too fast.
