This is a hoax. That file is part of the operating system, do not delete it.

Well done for asking. This hoax has been around for quite some time, and catches many

    Yes, it is a hoax!

jdbgmgr.exe is a system file. It is the Java Debugger Manager and does have an icon that looks like a Teddy Bear and although not normally a virus, it is possible to have a copy of jdbmgr.exe that is infected by a virus especially if you receive an email with a replacement copy of the file.

Don't delete the file but do delete the email and don't forward it on

Look at this microsoft site for info on how to restore it, for those who may have deleted it.

LOL... I know someone who ignored that email, with consequences that the teddy bear jumped out of his computer, and bit him on the bum!
