I am sure this problem cropped up recently on this site. Go to Search, select Pressf1, and search for 'spool32'. You may get a string of hits in random order. Select Advanced Search, enter the same search string, select Pf1 and Sort in Date, Newest First order. That should find you the recent postings on this issue.

    Hi Patsy

Go to the top of the page under the PC World header and do a search of Press F1 for spool 32. You will get a raft of good answers there.

    Cheers
